The grounds
The school is set in spacious grounds. Students enjoy playing on the grassed areas, quadrangle and our multi-purpose court.
Information technology
Students are surrounded by technology at Oakville Public School. They attend the Computer Room weekly with the aim of learning technology skills within the context of the key learning areas. They have access to desktop computers, laptops, iPads and other digital technology resources in their classrooms.
The library
Our library is located in a new building and is well resourced. During library lessons students have access to a variety of digital technologies to complete tasks. Students are encouraged to develop a love of reading and to borrow books regularly. The Library has an video conference facility as well as an interactive whiteboard.
The classrooms
Our classrooms are engaging, well resourced learning spaces. Each classroom has an interactive whiteboard and desk top computers, laptops and iPads are are also available for class use. Each room has a wide variety of reading and maths resources to enhance the curriculum.
